This system was created with the sole intentio to empower each person to understand how to clear bound energy and self-abusive patterns from their system once and for all.
After decades of study and hundreds of client transformations, this process was birthed.
The 6 Steps
I work with clients to take them through each of the 6 steps outlined below. Each step builds on the next and the full progression is usually experienced during a 6 session program.
Session Focus 1: Grounding
These sessions are designed to get you into your body and may include breathwork, subconscious rewiring, and hypnosis.
Session Focus 2: Unearthing the Root
These sessions explore the use of Precision Emotional Healing tools to help you begin to uncover the root of pain in your energy body.
Session Focus 3: Emotional Relesae
Feeling our feels’ of anger, sadness, shame, grief, and fear…these sessions are all about somatic experiencing, releasing old feelings, and loving our inner child.
Session Focus 4: Creativity & Intuitive Development
These sessions explore creativity and intuition. You may work on vocal development, intuitive skills, or both!
Session Focus 5: Lineage work
We pull in a deep connection to ancestors, passed loved ones, and use ritual and release practices to let the stuff that isn’t even yours go. Expect breathwork as a core tool.
Session Focus 6: Freedom + Purpose
We explore deeper purpose and the drive for healing. May include astrological insights and clearing work.

I work with clients one-on-one to experience the healing power of each step.
You can repeat the steps as many times as you desire in a 1:1 container, but the goal is for each client to walk away understanding HOW bound energy works and the process of clearing it once and for all.
My Story
I was a high functioning addict.
Over the span of 15 years battling anorexia I launched 3 startups, helped Amazon launch their first healthcare-as-a-service brand, started a web3 marketing agency, got certified in everything from breathwork to reiki and coached several high performing entrepreneurs.
The root of my addictive disease was control, sexual abuse energy and the trauma held from past lives and throughout my family lineage. It wasn’t until I got to the root of my disorder through a mix of healing modalities and life changes that helped me take my power back.
Now I support others on their journey to self-healing and liberation by sharing what I learned along the way.

Packages for a 6 step program start at $1800 and go upward depending on frequency of meeting, timing, length of sessions, etc.
